Psalms 23:4

This is my favorite verse. Or my favorite portion of a verse. I like this part especially.

"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall fear no evil- for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me."

Or, translating from the French Bible I have, "Even if I pas through the darkened/obscured valley, I will not fear evil, Lord, because you accompany me. You know me, you defend/protect me, you even reassure me."

I actually like the French version better. "You know me, you defend me, you even reassure me" sounds so much better than "your rod and your staff, they comfort me."
